The first reason is because we started it to help people with the most prompt and customer friendly serves that we could. We are starting to fall short of that due to the heavy traffic that we receive. We cannot keep up with the volume of people who want Closeout Merchandise. We have missed several sales due to our overstretched time budgeting. (Remember we are Family-Owned)
Second we have family commitments that must be met as well which have been taking time away from our work here at WindSpiritDistributing.com as well.
Third the United States Military has once again placed members of our family on orders to head back overseas for what seems like the millionth time. We can no longer keep up with the demand.
We are hoping that someone can pick up where we are starting to falter. Our customers deserve the best company out there. We want our Repeat Customers to be served by the best of the best or at least someone who will be willing to work with them with the Spirit of Excellence that we have been doing over the years.
- Why sell now?
The first reason we are selling now is due to the fact that another overseas trip and our family being spread so thin is starting to affect our Customer Service. We will continue to help our customers on a daily basis. We just want someone who is not committed to the United States Army and someone who has there feet firmly on the ground to pick this website up and keep it running and keep our customers happy as they can be.

We are not out here to make a million dollars on our website. We do want someone who is good with business and who is determined to stay committed to our Spirit of Excellence attitude.
